About the Gala
The venue may be the Ritz-Carlton, the National Building Museum, or the Ronald Reagan International Center. The gala is where more than 500 of the laureates' friends, families, and colleagues from the science, technology, and business communities celebrate the laureates' extraordinary achievements.
The Gala is a celebration! It is also the opportunity for the audience to see and hear in the laureates' own words what they do, why they do what they do, who inspired them and what they want to share with the next generation through a video profile created by our foundation with Evolving Communications. Through these video profiles, the laureates and the audience have an opportunity to learn and understand what the year's laureates are discovering in the fields, labs, and offices. Interesting exchanges can and do happen.
The Gala is one of the Foundation's main activities-we take seriously our responsibility to honor and fete appropriately. But we cannot do it alone. Won't you join us?
